mainframe programmer/analyst
A peson who writes and maintains business applications. He develops and supports large-scale batch or high-volume transaction environments that require IBM/MVS mainframe processing power or equivalent. He programs in business-oriented languages such as COBOL, CICS, or fourth-generation languages.
