Constraint Handling In Prolog

<language> (CHIP) A constraint logic programming language developed by M. Dincbas at ECRC, Munich, Germany in 1985 which includes Boolean unification and a symbolic simplex-like algorithm. CHIP introduced the domain-variable model.
